Simply apply your points at checkout and the discount will be applied automatically. You must have a minimum of 500 points to redeem.

If you return a purchase, the points earned from that order will be removed from your account. This applies to any points credited from the value of the returned items. Any points you earned from other orders remain unaffected. If you used points on an order that you subsequently return, please contact our team and we'll review on a case-by-case basis.

Your points from purchases do not expire — they stay in your account until you're ready to use them. The only points that carry an expiry are the £5 referral reward received by your referred friend — these expire after 30 days from issue, so your friend should redeem them promptly. Your own earned points as a VIP member have no expiry date.

However, for referral bonuses, there is a limit of 3 successful referral awards per month (worth a maximum of 1,500 pts / £15).
